Building Utilities Service Specialist

Location: District 8 - Springfield

 

Job Summary:

The building utilities service specialist performs building and utilities maintenance, repairs, and renovations to department facilities. Responsibilities are performed under general supervision. High School Diploma or GED, plus additional coursework in Heating, Air Conditioning, Carpentry, or Electrical Wiring and two years of experience in building repair and maintenance.

 

 

Special Working Conditions/Job Characteristics:

Job may require occasional, statewide, overnight, travel.

Job requires heavy physical exertion and effort.

Job requires exposure to physical hazards, health and safety risks, and/or adverse or otherwise undesirable characteristics in the environment.
