2003 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

Phase 1 (September 2003 to February 2004)

Construction Activity:   A temporary westbound lane was constructed where the right westbound shoulder is now.   This lane will serve as the right westbound lane during Phase 2.

Work continued on bridges, retaining walls, earthwork and ITS (Intelligent Transportation System).
